Fuzzi Bunz
Fuzzi Bunz are a single use diaper – meaning you use it once and then wash it. You can not take the insert out and put another one in and keep using the Fuzzi Bunz diaper. When the diaper is soiled all you have to do is shake the soiled into the toilet ( No dunking or swirling in the toilet needed with fleece! What little hangs on will dissolve in the wash.). Take the insert out of the Fuzzi Bunz and store in a DRY PAIL or diaper storage tote. SOAKING NOT RECOMMENDED.
Run a rinse or soak cycle first with no detergent just to dissolve any “left overs” and get much of the urine and mess out and spun out into the sewer where it belongs.
After the soak cycle wash on hot with the detergent of your choice. We highly recommend Rockin Green Cloth Diaper detergent although store bought “FREE” detergents may work too. Do not over use your detergent, a 1/4 of the amount you use on clothes will be fine.
Wash on hot, rinse on cold.
No fabric softener, no bleach, tumble dry on medium heat. Hang drying the pocket shells will be just as fast and will make your diapers last longer.

Store wet and soiled diapers in a dry pail. There is no need to rinse soiled diapers prior to washing. The solid waste of older babies can be removed by shaking the diaper contents into the toliet.

Natural soaps are often made with oils. These should NOT be used. They will leave a residue on the fleece an cause it to repel urine.
Do Not use Sport Wash or Sensi Clean to remove oders from diapers or inserts
NEVER use fabric softener of any kind on diapers. Liquid fabric softeners and dryer sheets both leave a waxy residue on diapers.
Diaper rash creams can cause repelling. For best results either place a small wash cloth on top of the fleece or use a paper liner.
HEMP:
Your hemp products have been professionally washed and dried 1 time. It will need up to 8 more washings and dries before it is fully absorbent. When washing your hemp the first few times do NOT wash it with your fleece products. Hemp has natural oils in it and the oils can coat your fleece. After your hemp has been fully primed you may wash it with all of your diapering products

- Cold Soak Wash on hot with slightly less than ¼ cup of detergent
- You can add vinegar to the wash to help fight oder.
- Manufacturer suggest a downy ball full.
- Rinse well to ensure all detergent is removed from diapers.
- (Manufacturers suggestion) Drying in the dryer is allowed for PUL.

Diaper Cover Info
Wash the diapers in warm water with your choice of detergent nothing with fabric softener or bleach, (much less than the normal amount for a wash load, in our experience, only a small amount of detergent is needed).
Tumble or hang the diapers covers to dry.
